500ml cultured buttermilk
100ml tipsy nectarine strawberry jam
1. Assemble your ice-cream maker and turn it on.
2. While turning pour in all the buttermilk.
3. Add the jam - a little more or less, according to your taste
4. Let the ice-cream maker churn until your ice-cream has formed - about 20 minutes
5. Enjoy immediately or transfer ice-cream into a container and store in the freezer.
